Refine Browser naming and managed MCP UX

Browse Source 
- Rename Browser Use surfaces to Browser
- Register Browser MCP under the new server name
- Mark CloudCLI-managed MCP servers read-only
- Adjust MCP stdio framing and sidebar footer sizing
