# Configure for hyper.sh

## Use environment variable

- necessary
  - HYPER_ACCESS_KEY
  - HYPER_SECRET_KEY
- optional
  - HYPER_INSTANCE_TYPE:  default s4
  - HYPER_DEFAULT_REGION: default us-west-1
  - HYPER_HOST: tcp://${HYPER_DEFAULT_REGION}.hyper.sh:443

> You can use You can use either HYPER_HOST or HYPER_DEFAULT_REGION


## Use config file

> default config file for hyper.sh is ~/.hyper/config.json

./virtual-kubelet --provider=hyper


// example 3 : use custom config file, eg: ~/.hyper2/config.json

# Quick Start

## create pod yaml

```
$ cat pod-nginx
apiVersion: v1
kind: Pod
metadata:
  name: nginx
spec:
  nodeName: virtual-kubelet
  containers:
  - name: nginx
    image: nginx:latest
    ports:
    - containerPort: 80
```

## create pod

```
$ kubectl create -f pod-nginx
```

## list container on hyper.sh

```
$ hyper ps
CONTAINER ID   IMAGE          COMMAND                  CREATED         STATUS         PORTS                NAMES            PUBLIC IP
