feat: 初始化 Next.js 管理后台开发助手项目

- 添加 CLAUDE.md 配置文件，定义助手职责和工具
- 配置工作空间 ID 223 和模板 ID 242
- 添加 D8D 开发容器相关工具说明
- 创建 .gitignore 忽略 Node.js 项目文件
