为无法通过用户 UI 旅程覆盖的 Story 类型提供技术验证机制：

  • 后台 Worker 任务、定时任务、中间件/拦截器、后台调度逻辑
  • 独立的技术验证格式模板（区别于用户旅程）
  • 覆盖度评估中与用户旅程同等计分
  • 追加到对应 Epic 的 journeys 文件中统一管理
